研究目的旨在降低内燃叉车液力变速器噪声与振动水平。首先,在试验台架上用振动加速度计和传声器采集变速器振动加速度和噪声信号,通过分析其三维谱阵图大致确定故障齿轮;然后对频谱特别是调制边频带进行研究,确定故障原因;最后对振动和噪声信号进行相干分析,确定振动和噪声峰值是否来源一致。分析结果表明,变速器的噪声与液力变矩器同轴的齿轮啮合不良有关。其原因是由于变速器动力输入轴和液力变矩器动力输出轴不对中所致,该分析结果对液力变速器噪声的降低与振动性能的提高提供了依据。
The purpose of the study was to reduce the noise and vibration level of the internal combustion forklift hydraulic transmission. Firstly, vibration accelerometer and microphone are used to collect the vibration acceleration and noise of the transmission on the test bench, and the fault gear is roughly determined by analyzing the three-dimensional spectrum. Then the frequency spectrum, especially the modulation sideband, is studied to determine the cause of the fault. Finally, Vibration and noise signals are coherently analyzed to determine if the sources of vibration and noise peaks are the same. The analysis results show that the noise of the transmission is related to the poor meshing of gears on the torque converter. The reason is that the transmission power input shaft and torque converter power output shaft misalignment caused by the analysis of the hydraulic transmission noise reduction and vibration performance provided the basis.
