心理契约的研究一般集中在经济组织的雇佣关系中,实际上不同的个体、群体、组织之间客观上都存在一种反映交互作用的心理契约关系,因此可以把心理契约的概念延伸到心理咨询领域。心理咨询工作中的心理契约不仅有心理契约的共同特点,也有其独特的内容、维度、作用和影响因素,已成为心理咨询效果达成的关键因素,因此,必须加强咨询师的自我成长,提升咨询师的人文境界和专业技能,建立良好的咨访关系,为构建和谐的心理契约打下坚实的基础。“,”Studies of psychological contract concentrate upon the employment re-lationship of economic organizations commonly ,there actually are psychological contract relationships among different individuals ,groups and organizations ,so the concept of psychological contract could be extended to psychological counse-ling domain .The psychological contract of psychological counseling not only has common characteristics of psychological contract , but unique contents , dimen-sions ,actions and influencing factors ,has become a key factor of reaching psy-chological counseling effect ,so counselors’ self-grow th should be enhanced ,hu-menitary milieus and professional skills promoted and better relationships be-tween counselor and client established in order to establish substantial basis for building harmonious psy-chological contract .
