针对铁路非运输企业内部分配工作的特点,对现行的主要做法进行了总结,对存在的问题进行了分析,主要包括工资清算与企业经营业绩还不能完全挂钩、奖金支出项目和标准有待完善、分配调整的方式不够灵活等方面。针对问题,从总额调控、基数调节、重点激励、分类管理等方面提出了一些改进企业内部分配的建议。
