以小白壳薏苡为试验材料,比较Na Cl、Na HCO3、Na2SO4、Na2CO3对其种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,随着Na+浓度的升高,4种盐处理薏苡种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、根长、芽长总体呈下降趋势,抑制性Na2CO3>Na HCO3>Na2SO4>Na Cl;薏苡幼苗生长中,丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量及Na2SO4、Na Cl处理中过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈上升趋势,均在250mmol/L[Na+]时达到最高;过氧化氢酶(CAT)及Na2CO3、Na HCO3处理中POD活性呈先增后降趋势,Na+浓度分别为200和150mmol/L时两酶活性最高。
The effect of Na Cl, Na HCO3, Na2SO4 and Na2CO3 on the seed germination and seedling growth of Coix lachryma-jobis was compared. The results showed that the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index, root length and bud length of four kinds of salt-treated seeds tended to decrease with the increase of Na + concentration. The inhibitory Na2CO3> Na HCO3> Na2SO4> Na Cl. The content of MDA, Pro and the activity of peroxidase (POD) in the Na2SO4 and NaCl treatments increased during the growth of C. lactiflole seedlings, both of which reached at 250mmol / L [Na +] POD activity increased first and then decreased with catalase (CAT), Na2CO3 and Na HCO3 treatments, and highest at 200 and 150 mmol / L Na + concentration.
