《2010年国际贸易术语通则》针对传统的适用于水上运输的主要贸易术语如FOB.CFR.和CIF,强调卖方承担货物至在指定装运港越过船舷时为止的一切风险,买方承担货物自在指定港越过船舷之后时的一切风险。《INCOTERMS2010》对三种海运术语货物转移风险界限进行了重大调整,即取消了“船舷”界限改为“船上”交货。笔者对此风险点问题的修改进行了较深入的分析,以期理解、阐明二者之区别,在课堂教学中对此问题做出更为适中、准确的讲解。
The 2010 Incoterm of International Trade Incoterms addresses the traditional trade terms such as FOB.CFR. And CIF for maritime transport, emphasizing that the seller assumes all risks of carrying the goods to the designated port of shipment across the ship's rail, All the risk of crossing the ship's rail. “INCOTERMS2010” made major adjustments to the three kinds of risk terms for the transfer of goods by sea terms, that is, canceled the “ship's rail” limit to “on board” delivery.
