西咪替丁(CMD)4d抑制法抗鼠疟作用结果显示:在剂量为50mg/kg·d、100mg/kg·d和200mg/kg·d时,该药对伯氏疟原虫氯喹敏感株、抗性株及约氏疟原虫氯喹敏感株感染小鼠的红内期疟原虫,均有明显的抑制作用,3组平均抑制率分别为64.95%、77.97%和58.16%。CMD对伯氏疟原虫氯喹抗性株的抑制作用显著高于伯氏疟原虫氯喹敏感株(P<0.05)和约氏疟原虫氯喹敏感株(P<0.01)。
