西咪替丁（ＣＭＤ）４ｄ抑制法抗鼠疟作用结果显示：在剂量为５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ、１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ和２００ｍｇ／ｋｇ·ｄ时，该药对伯氏疟原虫氯喹敏感株、抗性株及约氏疟原虫氯喹敏感株感染小鼠的红内期疟原虫，均有明显的抑制作用，３组平均抑制率分别为６４．９５％、７７．９７％和５８．１６％。ＣＭＤ对伯氏疟原虫氯喹抗性株的抑制作用显著高于伯氏疟原虫氯喹敏感株（Ｐ＜０．０５）和约氏疟原虫氯喹敏感株（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
