针对调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)系统对钢桥延寿方面研究的不足,采用有限元仿真分析手段,以一座主桥跨径为(55+80+55)m的连续钢箱梁桥对TMD系统的振动控制和延寿效果进行了研究,分析了质量比、阻尼比、频率比等参数对TMD系统减振效果的影响,并得出了TMD系统的最佳参数取值。最后,通过对设置TMD系统和未设置TMD系统的钢箱梁桥疲劳寿命的对比分析,评估了TMD系统的延寿效果。
In order to solve the shortcomings of Tuned Mass Dampers (TMD) system in steel bridge life extension, a finite element simulation method is used to simulate the TMD system with a continuous steel box girder bridge with main span of (55 + 80 + 55) m Vibration control and life extension are studied. The influence of mass ratio, damping ratio, frequency ratio and other parameters on the damping effect of TMD system are analyzed. The optimal parameters of TMD system are obtained. Finally, by comparing the fatigue life of steel box girder bridge with TMD system and without TMD system, the extension life effect of TMD system was evaluated.
