沥青路面永久变形是沥青路面主要病害之一。以弹塑性力学为切入点,考虑沥青混合料的弹塑性本构模型,通过ABAQUS有限元软件对沥青路面永久变形进行计算,得出在不同条件下路面的永久变形。算例分析表明,车辙主要来源于中面层、下面层,超载对路面的破坏作用十分明显,半刚性基层沥青路面中车辙随沥青层厚度的增大而增大但是增大趋势减缓,提高基层刚度减小路面车辙破坏但增大裂缝产生的可能性。
Asphalt pavement permanent deformation is one of the main diseases of asphalt pavement. Taking elasto-plastic mechanics as the starting point, considering the elasto-plastic constitutive model of asphalt mixture, the permanent deformation of asphalt pavement is calculated by ABAQUS finite element software, and the permanent deformation of the pavement under different conditions is obtained. The case study shows that the rutting mainly comes from the middle layer and the lower layer, and the overloading has obvious damage to the pavement. The rut in the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement increases with the increase of the thickness of the asphalt layer, but the increasing tendency slows down, Stiffness reduces road surface rutting damage but increases the possibility of cracks.
