我公司在制作某工程21m 跨梯形钢屋架时,因型钢长度不够,需作等承载力接头。施工后发现上弦杆部分接头及相关节点焊缝热影响区范围内出现冷裂纹。经过试验分析,排除了焊接工艺不当、钢材力学性能和化学成分不合格引起裂纹的因素。
When the company is making a 21m span trapezoidal steel truss in a certain project, the length of the profiled steel is not enough and it needs to make joints with bearing capacity. After construction, cold cracks were found in the heat affected zone of the joints of the top chord section and related joints. After the test and analysis, the factors that lead to cracks due to improper welding process, mechanical properties of steel and unqualified chemical composition were eliminated.
