扬声器厂在制造定心支片、防尖罩时,需要在织物上浸一定浓度的酚醛树脂,然后在250～290℃的温度下进行热压,使之成型。酚醛树脂在金属模中热压时粘结严重,直接影响产品性能和外观。因此,要求有好的脱模剂,以保证质量,提高生产效率。JSR-01硅乳液,目前认为是比较理想的一种脱模剂。它无毒、无味、脱模效果好,且适合自动压切机的使用。今年,有几个厂已推广应用,普遍反映良好。
