目的:建立枇杷叶药材中齐墩果酸含量的近红外光谱定量模型,快速测定枇杷叶中齐墩果酸含量。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定140批枇杷叶中齐墩果酸含量,采用标准归一化法(SNV)、一阶导数法预处理近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法建立枇杷叶中齐墩果酸含量的定量模型,并进行了内部交叉验证和18个枇杷叶样品的外部预测验证。结果:所建立的齐墩果酸近红外光谱定量分析模型,内部交叉验证决定系数达到0.939 23,校正均方差为0.106,预测均方差为0.131,内部交叉验证均方差为0.216 75。结论:该方法快速、准确,为枇杷叶中化学成分快速定量和质量控制提供了方法和依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a quantitative model of oleanolic acid content in loquat leaf by rapid determination of oleanolic acid content in loquat leaves. Methods: The content of oleanolic acid in 140 batches of loquat leaves was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The standard normalization method (SNV) and the first derivative method were used to pretreat the oleanolic acid. The partial least squares A quantitative model of oleanolic acid content was established and validated by external cross-validation and external validation of 18 loquat leaf samples. Results: The quantitative analysis model of oleanolic acid was established. The internal cross validation coefficient was 0.939 23, the corrected mean square error was 0.106, the predicted mean square error was 0.131, and the internal cross validation mean square error was 0.216 75. Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate, and provides a method and basis for rapid quantitative and quality control of chemical components in loquat leaves.
