为了满足农房建设的需要,我们在杭州水泥制品厂协作下,进行了AF减水剂应用于农房构件生产的试验研究,现简介如下。一、减水剂品种选择我们对国产的AF、UNF、FDN、UNF-Ⅱ、SN-Ⅱ、JN和NSZ等几种型号的减水剂,分别进行了每立方米混凝土减水剂成本和对砂浆强度影响的对比试验。试验表明,AF的塑化和增强效果与其他高效能减水剂基本一致,而成本最低,故此决定选用AF型减水剂。二、AF型减水剂对混凝土性能的影响通过砂浆最佳掺量试验,我们选定AF型减水剂在混凝土中的适宜掺量为0.7%,
