为了用预紧力矩表达预紧力,基于支护时锚固区围岩处于弹塑性状态的假设,建立力学模型,以托锚力和轴力为纽带,分析研究预紧力与预紧力矩之间的相互关系,得出预紧力与预紧力矩的对应数值关系及变化趋势,采用自制的“锚杆锚固传递及衰减规律试验台”开展实验研究得到了类似的结果,验证了预紧力与预紧力矩关系的数学表达式的准确性.综合研究表明:预紧力矩不大于300N.m时,预紧力与预紧力矩之间可以建立较为简便的数学表达式;在这一范围内,采用预紧力矩预测及量化预紧力,是一种较准确且易行的施工判断方式.
