水力发电厂因其系统结构相对简单,辅机设备相对较少,在无“三漏”现象及主设备正常运行的情况下综合厂用电率应当处于较低水平。文章特别针对水力发电厂经常出现的一种典型的,即直接厂用电率较低而综合厂用电率偏高的现象进行了分析,通过建立发电厂电能平衡模型的方法,对模型中存在的各类影响因素进行深入分析,通过各节点电能计量装置综合误差的计算,最终确定影响因素及其影响程度,并给出合理可行的治理方案。文章的分析思路及治理措施对水力发电厂节能降耗的管理工作具有较强的指导意义。
Due to its relatively simple system structure and relatively small auxiliary equipment, hydroelectric power plants should be at a relatively low level without the phenomenon of “three leaks” and the normal operation of main equipment. In particular, the paper analyzes the typical phenomenon of hydropower plants, that is, the low rate of direct power plants and the high rate of power plants in general power plants. Through the establishment of the power balance model of power plants, The various influencing factors are analyzed in depth. Through the calculation of the comprehensive error of the energy metering devices at each node, the influencing factors and their influence degree are finally determined and the reasonable and feasible governance schemes are given. The article’s analysis ideas and measures for the management of hydropower plant energy saving has a strong guiding significance.
