对二棱、四棱、六棱大麦7个品种多年观察表明,各品种于二叶期幼穗开始分化,二棱期以后叶龄与幼穗分化的对应关系不够稳定,雌雄蕊分化期开始后最后三个叶龄期与幼穗分化的对应关系比较稳定。各品种在适期播种情况下,基部第一节间伸长时幼穗正处内外颖分化期,第二节间伸长时幼穗为雌雄蕊分化期,第三节间伸长时幼穗为药隔期,第五节间伸长时幼穗为四分体期。幼穗分化进程与幼穗长度的对应关系也较稳定。
