目的分析和评价江西省第五轮全球基金TB/HIV双重感染项目实施结果,为制定江西TB/HIV双重感染防治工作框架提供理论依据。方法对项目执行期间的报表、专题调查、项目督导、工作考核等资料进行分析。结果 5年来江西省第五轮全球基金TB/HIV双重感染项目落实经费494.99万元。项目地区共登记10 491例结核病人,开展HIV检测人数9 053例,共检出HIV阳性人数29例,累计结核病人HIV检测率为86.3%,结核病人HIV检测阳性率为0.3%。对1 747例存活可随访的HIV/AIDS中的1 659例开展结核病筛查,发现105例结核病人,结核筛查率为95.0%,结核检出率为6.3%。5年登记134例TB/HIV双重感染病人,均符合抗结核治疗条件,均进行了抗结核治疗,92例符合抗病毒治疗条件,85例进行了抗病毒治疗,抗结核治疗率为100.0%,抗病毒治疗率为92.4%。5年来登记完成疗程的TB/HIV双重感染病人123例,抗结核治疗成功的78例,抗结核治疗成功率为63.4%。结论通过实施第五轮全球基金TB/HIV双重感染项目,发现了TB/HIV双重感染病人,对其进行了治疗并达到了一定效果,项目提供了宝贵经验,为以后的TB/HIV双重感染防治工作提出了建议。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation results of the TB / HIV dual infection project of the fifth round of Global Fund in Jiangxi Province, and provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of a TB / HIV dual infection control framework in Jiangxi Province. Methods The reports, special investigations, project supervision and job evaluation during project implementation were analyzed. Results In the past five years, the fund of TB / HIV dual infection in the fifth round of global funds in Jiangxi Province was 4.9499 million yuan. A total of 10 491 TB patients were registered in the project area, with 9 053 HIV tests being conducted. A total of 29 HIV positive cases were detected. The cumulative HIV test rate was 86.3% in tuberculosis patients and 0.3% in TB cases. A total of 1 659 cases of HIV / AIDS in 1 747 surviving and follow-up cases were screened for tuberculosis. A total of 105 tuberculosis cases were detected, with a tuberculosis screening rate of 95.0% and a tuberculosis detection rate of 6.3%.
