在电讯仪表零件的生产中,往往一个零件上就有几个不同方向的弯曲面。在一般情况下需要用多付不同结构的模具才能达到零件的要求。众所周知,当零件数量多并有尺寸精度要求时,由于多道弯曲工序所产生的误差,常常给装配工作带来很多不便,有的甚至达不到使用要求。所以正确地制订零件的工艺过程,设计并采用结构合理的打弯模,无论对于提高打弯零件的质量和生产效率来说都具有一定的经济意义。
In the production of telecommunications instrumentation components, there are often several bent directions in different parts of a component.
