为探讨矽肺患者和接尘工人肺功能、诱导痰中白细胞和痰液处理后的上清液中NO衍生物含量变化及意义,选择80名矽尘接触工人为接尘组、84名矽肺患者为病例组、30名无矽尘接触史的后勤人员为对照组,进行肺功能测定和痰液诱导,测定诱导痰中一氧化氮代谢产物硝酸盐/亚硝酸盐(NO2-/NO3-)、硝化酪氨酸的含量,并进行炎性细胞分类计数。结果(1)接尘组和病例组白细胞总数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中性粒细胞数低于对照组(P<0.05),而淋巴细胞数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组、接尘组、病例组的尘细胞数逐步增多,经检验各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)接尘组NO2-/NO3-水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),病例组NO2-/NO3-水平明显高于接尘组和对照组(P<0.05);接尘组和病例组硝化酪氨酸水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)FVC、FEV1等肺功能测定结果显示矽肺组<接尘组<对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示矽尘暴露人群肺功能随着矽肺病变的进展呈逐渐下降趋势,NO在这一过程中起到了重要作用;诱导痰中尘细胞数量反映了肺组织内的粉尘吸入量,尘细胞在矽肺发生发展中发挥作用。
To explore the lung function of silicosis patients and dust-pick workers, and to induce the changes of NO derivatives content in the supernatant of leukocytes and sputum after sputum aspiration, 80 contact workers were selected as dust exposure group and 84 silicosis patients were In the case group, 30 logisticians without history of silicate exposure were used as the control group. Pulmonary function tests and sputum induction were performed. Nitric oxide / nitrite (NO2- / NO3-), nitrated Tyrosine content, and inflammatory cell count. (2) The level of NO2- / NO3- in the dust-exposed group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the NO2- / NO3- level was significantly higher in the dust-exposed group and the control group (P <0.05) The nitrotyrosine level in case group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
