自动线的排屑装置能够有效地把各台机床工作区域内的切屑及时地排出去,才能够保证各台机床及整条自动线的工作正常进行。否则,将影响自动线工作的可靠性、加工精度、设备利用率、自动化程度和环境污染等。因此,必须掌握现有自动线排屑装置的使用情况并不断研制出新的排屑装置。在我们实际调查的266条机加自动线中,发现影响排屑效果的因素主要有:1.切屑形状影响它的主要因素是工件材料、刀具几何角度及切屑用量等。如铸铁件形成的颗粒状切屑、钢件的小卷状切屑收集容易,输送方便;而带状切屑则比较困难。
Automatic line chip removal device can effectively put all the machine work area within the timely discharge of the chip to be able to ensure that all machine tools and the entire automatic line work properly. Otherwise, it will affect the reliability of automatic line work, processing accuracy, equipment utilization, degree of automation and environmental pollution. Therefore, we must master the use of the existing automatic line chip removal device and continue to develop a new chip removal device. In our actual survey of 266 automatic lines, we found that the main factors that affect the chip removal effect are: 1. Chip shape The main factors affecting it are the workpiece material, tool geometry and chip usage. Such as the formation of granular iron castings, steel pieces of small roll-like chip collection easy, easy delivery; and ribbon-shaped chip is more difficult.
