本研究旨在评价施行白内障囊外摘出术时,依地酸(EDTA)和胰蛋白酶(trypsin)对晶体囊前部和赤道部上皮细胞的清除作用。作者在手术显微镜下,对死亡48小时以内的6对人眼施行白内障囊外摘出术。摘出核后,分别用平衡溶液、30mM依地酸溶液、15mM依地酸溶液、5mM依地酸溶液、2%胰蛋白酶溶液,以及0.5%胰蛋白酶与5mM依地酸的混合溶液,各对2眼进行细致的冲洗,并彻底清除软性晶体组织。角膜组织全部切除,作为组织学检查对照。
This study was designed to evaluate the effects of edetic acid (EDTA) and trypsin on the clearance of epithelial cells in the anterior and equatorial parts of the lens capsule during extracapsular cataract extraction. Under the operating microscope, the authors performed an extracapsular cataract extraction of six pairs of human eyes within 48 hours of death. After removing the nucleus, the cells were treated with a balanced solution, a 30 mM edetic acid solution, a 15 mM edetic acid solution, a 5 mM edetic acid solution, a 2% trypsin solution, and a mixed solution of 0.5% trypsin and 5 mM edetic acid, Eye wash carefully and completely remove soft crystalline tissue. All corneal resection, as a histological control.
