最初由生态学家提出来的可持续发展问题，目前随着对其研究的不断扩展，已深入到社会生活的各个层面。公安工作和公安教育同样存在着可持续发展的问题。实现公安工作和公安教育的可持续发展，二者是一个不可分割的统一体。实现公安教育的可持续性发展是公安工作可持续发展的关键。而要解决这个问题，首先必须制定一个面向 ２１世纪的公安工作、公安教育发展战略。否则，其它任何问题都无从谈起。
The issue of sustainable development, originally proposed by ecologists, has now deepened into all aspects of social life as its research continues to expand. Public security work and public security education also have the problem of sustainable development. To achieve the public security work and public security education of sustainable development, the two are an indivisible unity. To achieve the sustainable development of public security education is the key to the sustainable development of public security work.
