速消净为含二氯异氰尿酸钠与十二烷基硫酸钠的复方消毒剂。临床试用，以含１４８００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液作用１分钟可使吸痰瓶达消毒要求，以含１５００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液浸泡５分钟可使针头与吸氧管达消毒要求。消毒液使用１～２天，有效氯下降１０％左右。
