针对具有工况复杂、多变量耦合等特点的焦炉集气管压力系统 ,提出了一种专家规则与模糊控制相结合的多级智能控制策略 .在回路控制级采用可变调节因子模糊控制算法 ;解耦级引入了组内和组间解耦规则 ;在总管控制级采用了总管吸力监督控制 .实际应用表明 ,该智能控制系统保证了压力系统调节的协调性、稳定性和快速性 ,提高了对工况变动和干扰的适应性
A multi-level intelligent control strategy based on expert rules and fuzzy control is proposed for the coke oven manifold pressure system with complex operating conditions and multivariable coupling characteristics. Variable control factor fuzzy control algorithm is adopted in the loop control level. The decoupling stage introduces the decoupling rules within and between the groups and the supervisory control of the mains suction at the main control level.The practical application shows that the intelligent control system ensures the coordination, stability and speed of the pressure system adjustment, Adaptability to changes in conditions and disturbances
