对于上海120推土机,正确安装好自紧油封,严格控制其预压缩量,是保证最终减速箱不漏油的关键。为此,我们制订了一个修复工艺,给修理减速箱带来了方便。当发现最终减速箱漏油时,不必急于拆卸检修。首先应正确地测量出B、C的尺寸(见图1)。新机出厂时,B=44.5～48,C=41～45。测量、记录B、C的实余尺寸后,逐一拆、洗每个零件。检查漏油的自紧油封,黄铜弹性波纹圆筒已破损或弹性不足,应拆掉旧的自紧油封(最好内、外两只油封一起换新)。
For Shanghai 120 bulldozers, the correct installation of self-tightening oil seals and the strict control of their pre-compression amount are the key to ensuring that the final gearbox does not leak oil. To this end, we have developed a repair process that has brought convenience to the repair of the gear box. When it is found that the final gearbox leaks oil, there is no need to rush to dismantle it. First, the dimensions of B and C should be correctly measured (see Figure 1). When the new machine leaves the factory, B=44.5 to 48, C=41 to 45. After measuring and recording the actual dimensions of B and C, remove and wash each part one by one. Check the oil seal self-tightening oil seal, brass elastic corrugated cylinder has been damaged or lack of elasticity, the old self-tightening oil seal should be removed (preferably the inner and outer two oil seals are replaced together).
