心理距离作为主观性的多样性特征,可在团队有效性研究方面作为隐性或深层次的属性来探索团队多样性效应。有研究表明因心理距离的效应莫衷一是,心理距离产生影响的作用机制需要更多的研究。本研究将团队过程模型运用到心理距离的团队效应研究框架中,检验了心理距离、挑战预期、知识共享以及激励性文化智能之间的中介与调节作用。
Psychological distance, as a subjective diversity feature, can explore the effect of team diversity as an implicit or deep attribute in team effectiveness research. Some studies have shown that the effect of psychological distance is indifferent to the psychological distance of the mechanism of action need more research. This study applies the team process model to the team effect research framework of psychological distance, and tests the intermediary and regulatory roles of psychological distance, challenge expectancy, knowledge sharing and motivational cultural intelligence.
