白光有机电致发光器件(WOLEDs)在全彩显示和下一代固态照明领域应用前景广阔,溶液法(旋涂、喷墨印刷和刮涂等)制备的WOLEDs具有低成本、可大面积生产等优点,因而受到学术界和产业界的广泛关注。溶液法制备的白光器件发展日趋成熟,发光层、传输层和注入层等相继实现了溶液法加工,发光材料也从共混聚合物和单一聚合物发展到有机小分子。本文主要根据不同的发光层材料综述了近几年溶液法制备的WOLEDs研究进展并对其存在的问题和应用前景作了评述。
WOLEDs are promising for full-color display and next-generation solid-state lighting applications. WOLEDs produced by solution methods (spin-on, ink-jet printing and blade coating) have the advantages of low cost, Therefore, it is widely concerned by academia and industry. The white-light devices prepared by solution method are maturing. The luminescent layer, the transport layer and the injection layer are successively solution-processed. The luminescent materials also develop from polymer blends and single polymers to organic small molecules. In this paper, the research progress of WOLEDs prepared by solution method is summarized and the existing problems and application prospects are summarized based on different light-emitting layer materials.
