目的了解军队医院空勤灶与饮食中心餐饮具消毒状况,为质量持续改进提供依据。方法采用现场调查和两种采样监测相结合的方法,对该院2009年1月-2012年5月空勤灶与饮食中心餐饮具消毒质量进行调查与监测。结果共采样1 302件,合格1 284件,合格率为98.62%。监测方法一合格率为98.65%,监测方法二合格率为98.59%。空勤灶合格率为98.74%,饮食中心合格率为98.55%。结论该院空勤灶与饮食中心餐饮具消毒质量总体较好,应进一步加强细节管理,确保餐饮具消毒质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of tableware and food service center in military hospitals and to provide basis for continuous improvement of quality. Methods The methods of on-site investigation and two kinds of sampling and monitoring were used to investigate and monitor the disinfection quality of the tableware in the hospital from January 2009 to May 2012. Results A total of 1 302 samples were obtained, with 1 284 passes, with a pass rate of 98.62%. A pass rate of 98.65% monitoring method, monitoring method two pass rate of 98.59%. Flight attendance qualified rate of 98.74%, the rate of 98.55% qualified food centers. Conclusion The disinfection quality of tableware and catering center tableware in this hospital is generally good, and the detail management should be further strengthened to ensure the quality of tableware disinfection.
