本文对目前医院使用市售的粉末注射药共154个品种的溶剂和溶解方法以及其溶解后的保存期进行了调查归纳。粉末注射药的定义是按《日本药局方》第八改正版注射剂所规定:“使用时溶解于溶剂而混悬应用”的一种注射用药。粉末注射药在一般液体状态下比较不稳定,宜于临用时调配并在其溶解或混悬后即应迅速使用。在临床实践中,粉末注射药的溶剂、溶解或混悬后的保存(温度、有效期限等)是一个经常向药局询问较多的问题。溶解后应保存于无菌状态下避免污染,不应被氧化,并应以符合作为注射剂具备的条件为前提。如果不能符合此条件时,即使保证了主药的稳定性,而不能保证注射剂的安全性,那就不应加以保存,必须抛弃不用。
In this paper, the current hospital using a variety of commercially available powder injection of a total of 154 varieties of solvents and methods of dissolution and storage period after dissolution were investigated. The definition of powder injection is according to the “Japanese Pharmacopoeia” eighth revised version of the injection: “when used dissolved in a solvent suspension application” of a kind of injection. Injectable powder medicine in the general state of the liquid is not stable, suitable for temporary deployment and dissolution or suspension should be promptly used. In clinical practice, solvents for powder injections, preservation after dissolution or suspension (temperature, expiration date, etc.) are often a problem more often asked by the pharmacy. Dissolved should be stored in a sterile state to avoid contamination, should not be oxidized, and should be consistent with the premise of the conditions for injection. If you can not meet this condition, even if the stability of the main drug to ensure the safety of the injection can not be guaranteed, it should not be saved, you must abandon it.
