随着学校体育教学改革的不断深入和发展,气功进入体育课堂,让大、中、小学生从事气功锻炼,这对身体素质和运动成绩将会产生什么影响,本文所述的,就是我们对这个课题进行研究的结果。通过学生反馈的情况和电脑数据统计总结表明,大、中、小学生练习气功效果好,易学、易练,无副作用,并深受大、中、小学生的喜爱,既增加了体育课的活动内容,丰富了课堂教学,又提高了学生的身心健康,使学生在速度、耐力、力量、学习效率、记忆力、理解能力等方面都得到了提高。
With the continuous deepening and development of PE reform in schools, Qigong enters into the PE classroom so that the primary, middle and primary school students can get involved in Qigong exercises.
