管道运输业已成为国民经济中与铁路、公路、航空、水运并行的五大运输手段之一;随着管道的增多,并且管龄的增长,因为施工缺陷和腐蚀穿孔、突发性自然灾害及人为破坏等等都将会造成管道泄漏,对人们的生命财产和生存环境造成了极大的威胁。为了确保管道安全运行与减少泄漏事故危害,研究输油管道泄漏抢险与环境恢复技术的创新及应用,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。
