本文研究了内齿轮剃齿时的展成干涉。用空间座标转换的方法推导出了校核展成干涉的数学模型,并给出了展成干涉与内齿轮和剃齿刀的齿数差,轴交角以及内齿轮的变位系数间的关系,从而为交错轴螺旋齿轮内啮合传动的展成干涉校验提供了方法。
This paper studies the development of internal gear shaving interference. The mathematical model of interference checkout was deduced by the method of space coordinate transformation. The relationship between the interference of the developed gear and the number of teeth, the angle of intersection and the displacement coefficient of the internal gear was given. Thus providing a method for developing the interference check of the intermeshing helical gear internal meshing transmission.
