当前,员工职业生涯规划已经成为企业普遍关注的一个热点问题,部分企业已经开始实施员工职业生涯规划管理并取得一定的成果,但国有企业在这一方面仍然存在若干不足。本文在分析国有企业员工职业生涯规划管理工作的现状、存在的问题的基础上,探索如何改进国有企业员工职业生涯规划管理工作。
At present, employee career planning has become a hot issue that enterprises generally pay attention to. Some enterprises have begun to implement employee career planning and management and achieved some results. However, there are still some shortcomings in this aspect. Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of career planning and management in state-owned enterprises, this paper explores how to improve the career planning and management of employees in state-owned enterprises.
