目的 探索胃癌单克隆抗体的生物学特性。方法 用国内胃癌细胞株免疫小鼠 ,通过杂交瘤技术 ,获得一系列单克隆抗体。结果 经免疫荧光染色 ,按抗原分布特性可分为三种不同类型 :① 1D1 1:只与胃癌细胞株反应 ,不与其它组织细胞反应。② 1A2、5B10、4D6:不但与胃癌细胞株反应 ,也与所有正常、异常组织反应。③ 1D1 2 :与胃癌细胞株反应 ,还与某些癌瘤等组织细胞反应 ,但是不与绝大多数正常组织细胞反应。结论 1D1 2是一种有研究价值的肿瘤相关抗体。
Objective To explore the biological characteristics of monoclonal antibodies against gastric cancer. METHODS: Mice were immunized with domestic gastric cancer cell lines and a series of monoclonal antibodies were obtained by hybridoma technology. Results After immunofluorescence staining, antigen distribution characteristics can be divided into three different types: 1 1D1 1: only reacts with gastric cancer cell lines and does not react with other tissue cells. 2 1A2, 5B10, 4D6: not only react with gastric cancer cell lines, but also react with all normal and abnormal tissues. 3 1D1 2 : Reacts with gastric cancer cell lines, but also reacts with certain cancer cells and other tissue cells, but does not react with most normal tissue cells. Conclusion 1D1 2 is a valuable tumor-associated antibody.
