五星级饭店女职工职业倦怠的影响因素分析——以昆明五星级饭店为例

由于饭店工作是一项需要投入大量情绪、工作持续性强、服务对象期望高的特殊职业,饭店从业人员更容易产生职业倦怠。而女性员工在饭店员工中占据了相当重要的地位,是饭店运营的主力军。因此,分析和探索饭店女性员工职业倦怠的影响因素,研究和提出消解饭店女员工职业倦怠的对策十分必要。本文通过从员工自身、饭店组织、社会三个方面的影响因素进行分析,提出消除和淡化职业倦怠的相应建议。 As the hotel is a need to invest a lot of emotions, work continued strong, high expectations of clients special occupations, hotel employees are more likely to cause job burnout. The female employees occupy a very important position in the hotel staff, is the main force in hotel operations. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and explore the influential factors of occupational burnout among female employees in hotels and to find out the countermeasures to eliminate occupational burnout among female employees in the hotel. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of employees themselves, hotel organizations and society, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to eliminate and dilute occupational burnout.
