华电新疆发电有限公司乌鲁木齐热电厂2×330MW热电联产工程,是乌鲁木齐市总体供热规划和热电联产规划中重要的热源和电源建设点。工程总投资约27亿元,是集坑口电站、热电联产、中水回用、环境保护等优势为一体的环保生态型项目。该工程利用河东污水厂中水,自行处理后作为电厂循环冷却水系统水源。按照330MW机组设计标准,电厂年用水量在1200万立方米,采用河东污水厂中水再经深度处理后的中水作为发电用水,相当于每年减少新鲜用水1200万立方米。不仅如此,处理后的中水还可用于电厂及周边工业企业及城市绿化用水,既解决了污水厂中水排放问题,使首付中水资源得到充分利用。
Huadian Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd. Urumqi Thermal Power Plant 2 × 330MW cogeneration project, Urumqi is the overall heating and heat cogeneration plan planning an important source of heat and power construction. With a total investment of 2.7 billion yuan, it is an eco-friendly project integrating the advantages of Hang Hau Power Station, cogeneration, water reuse and environmental protection. This project makes use of the Hedong WWTP and treats it as the water source of the circulating cooling water system of the power plant after its own treatment. According to the design standard of 330MW unit, the annual water consumption of the power plant is 12 million cubic meters. Using the reclaimed water from the Hedong WWTP as the water for power generation, it is equivalent to reducing 12 million cubic meters of fresh water every year. Not only that, the treated water can also be used for power plants and surrounding industrial enterprises and urban greening water, both to solve the problem of wastewater discharge of sewage treatment plants, make the first payment of water resources are fully utilized.
