Pregnancy intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is one of the more serious complications in the second and third trimester of pregnancy, which has adverse effects on the prognosis of maternal and infant, threatening the life and health of mothers and infants, and can cause pregnant women Postpartum hemorrhage, premature delivery, as well as fetal distress, asphyxia, perinatal death [1]. ICP may be related to genetic, seasonal changes, nutritional deficiencies, multiple pregnancy and estrogen metabolism, immune function changes [2-3]. Currently, the epidemic characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection have become prevalent among the general population from high-risk groups, showing an increase in the number of HIV-infected women of childbearing age [4]. In this paper, retrospective analysis of 48 cases of HIV infection in our hospital with ICP clinical data to explore liver function indicators, the relationship between bile acids and pregnant women and perinatal prognosis. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Information January 2003 to December 2012 in Henan Province infectious diseases
