随着教育改革的不断深入,在创新中寻求最佳的教育效果已成为不少老师的努力方向,创新的方法和途径也层出不穷,在这些教育创新中有很多值得借鉴和推广的理论、经验和做法,但也有一些做法值得商榷。如学生干部“带薪上岗”的做法,几年前曾在一些地方较为流行,据媒体报道现在又有教师重新推行且加以发展。这虽尚属个别现象,但反映了教师中的一种教育引导的倾向,必须引起我们的审视和慎思。本文试就此做法谈几点思考和看法:

Among these educational innovations, there are many theories and experiences worthy of reference and promotion. Practice, but there are some practices that are worth discussing. For example, the practice of “paid up for posts” by student cadres has been more popular in some places a few years ago. According to media reports, some teachers are now pushing forward and developing. Although this is an individual phenomenon, it reflects the tendency of one of the teachers to lead education.
