目的分析温州市县级疾控中心社区责任指导团队运行情况,了解存在问题,为卫生行政部门制定相关的公共卫生政策提供依据。方法对温州市11家县级疾控中心进行问卷调查,内容包括团队的组织管理现状、人员基本情况和业务指导开展情况。结果温州市11个县(市、区)共组建41支县级社区责任指导团队,平均每县(市、区)3.73支,团队组建率达到100.00%。全市县级社区责任指导团队共有队员195人,平均每单位17.73人,平均每团队4.76人。指导员平均年龄为31.93岁,其中男性119人,占61.02%。本科学历所占比例最大,占60.00%;以公共卫生专业为主,占56.92%。除了综合性疾病预防控制业务技术指导以外,主要开展传染病控制、免疫规划、慢性病防治和卫生应急等培训。结论温州市已经初步建立了疾控机构社区责任团队,且运行良好。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the operation of community responsibility guidance team of county-level CDC in Wenzhou, understand the existing problems and provide the basis for the formulation of relevant public health policies by health administrative departments. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 11 county-level CDC in Wenzhou, including the current status of the organization and management of the team, the basic situation of personnel and the conduct of business guidance. Results A total of 41 County-level Community Responsibility Guidance Teams were established in 11 counties (cities and districts) in Wenzhou City, with an average of 3.73 counties (cities, districts) and a team formation rate of 100.00%. The city’s county-level community responsibility guidance team a total of 195 team members, an average of 17.73 units, an average of 4.76 people per team. The average age of instructors was 31.93 years old, of which 119 were males, accounting for 61.02%. Bachelor degree accounted for the largest proportion, accounting for 60.00%; mainly to public health professionals, accounting for 56.92%. In addition to the comprehensive disease prevention and control business technical guidance, the main infectious disease control, immunization programs, prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and health emergency training. Conclusion Wenzhou City has initially established a community responsibility team for CDC and is in good working order.
