一、引言细颗粒碳的生产中填加剂和粘合剂材料的相对比例对于过程控制以及碳材料的最终性质是很重要的。根据固体原材料(填加剂)的类型确定最佳粘合剂含量的方法在文献(1-3)中已描述过。但是对于选择细颗粒碳的最佳混合物比例,其适用性是有困难的。本文描述并比较了确定各种固体原材料最佳粘合剂含量的三种不同方法。方法1是将填加剂和粘合剂材料的不同组成混合、压缩、烘干后评价其最佳物性数据。方法2是以对负载于有机液体中的固体原材料进行离心试验
I. INTRODUCTION The relative proportions of filler and binder materials in the production of fine-grained carbon are important for process control and the ultimate nature of the carbon material. The method of determining the optimum binder content based on the type of solid raw material (additive) has been described in the literature (1-3). However, the applicability of the optimum mixture ratio for selecting fine particulate carbon is difficult. This article describes and compares three different ways of determining the best binder content for various solid raw materials. Method 1 is to mix the different components of the filler and binder material, compress and dry to evaluate their best physical properties data.
