利用隶属函数对山东产地的4个花生品种进行抗旱性综合评价,同时分析4个品种AhNCED1基因的表达情况,研究AhNCED1基因与不同花生品种抗旱性的相关性。结果表明,花生品种间的抗旱性有显著差异,抗旱性强弱为:‘鲁花14号’>‘花育33号’>‘海花1号’>‘花育24号’。干旱胁迫下,叶片AhNCED1的表达量与其抗旱性呈正相关,AhNCED1基因可以作为筛选抗旱花生品种的分子指标。
The membership functions were used to evaluate the drought resistance of four peanut cultivars in Shandong. Meanwhile, the expression of AhNCED1 gene in four cultivars was analyzed, and the correlation between AhNCED1 gene and drought resistance in different peanut cultivars was studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in drought resistance among peanut varieties. The drought resistance was as follows: ’Luhua 14’> ’Huayu 33’> ’Haihua 1’> ’Huayu 24’. Under drought stress, the expression level of AhNCED1 in leaves was positively correlated with drought resistance, and AhNCED1 gene could be used as a molecular marker to screen drought-tolerant peanut varieties.
