学校是为国家培养人才、储备人才的重要基地,必须要保障校园食品安全。本研究通过对194名在校大学生进行食品安全知识-态度-行为(KAP)问卷调查,分析大学生食品安全知识知晓的影响因素,为高校进行食品安全教育、构建安全的校园环境提供依据。
The school is an important base for cultivating talents and reserving talents for the country and must ensure the safety of school food. In this study, 194 college students were surveyed by food safety knowledge-attitude-behavior (KAP) questionnaire to analyze the influencing factors of college students’ food safety knowledge and provide the basis for college food safety education and construction of a safe campus environment.
