目的 :探讨羟丙甲纤维素在药物制剂研制方面的应用价值。方法 :通过查阅近年来的相关文献并结合羟丙甲纤维素的性质与特点,以及近几年在生产实践中对羟丙甲纤维素的应用和了解,对其在黏合剂、薄膜包衣材料、崩解剂以及固体制剂缓释材料等方面的应用进行总结。结果 :HPMC作为包衣材料能够提高药物制剂的崩解度、润湿度以及硬度;将其用作粘合剂或崩解剂,其片剂溶出度更高,稳定性更好;作为助悬剂,能够进一步促进非均相体系的稳定;而将其用作胶囊材料,不仅溶出度高,适用范围也更广。结论 :羟丙甲纤维素在药物制剂研制方面具有很高的应用价值,随着该方面研究工作的深入,其存在的问题也会得到有效解决,其应用价值也会被不断挖掘。
Objective: To investigate the value of hypromellose in the development of pharmaceutical preparations. Methods: By referring to the related literatures in recent years and combining with the properties and characteristics of hypromellose, as well as the application and understanding of hypromellose in the production practice in recent years, its application in adhesives, film coating materials , Disintegrating agent and solid preparation sustained-release materials and other applications are summarized. Results: HPMC as a coating material can improve the disintegration degree, wettability and hardness of the pharmaceutical preparation; as a binder or disintegrant, HPMC has better tablet dissolution and better stability; as a suspending agent , Can further promote the stability of the heterogeneous system; and its use as a capsule material, not only high dissolution, the scope of application is also broader. CONCLUSION: Hypromellose has high value in the development of pharmaceutical preparations. With the deepening of research work in this area, the existing problems will be effectively solved and its application value will be continuously tapped.
