中小学双语教学运作模式的建构方位与板块类型

双语教学 (在此特指在学校里除使用母语外使用外语进行非外语学科教学 )在中国本不是一件新鲜事 ,早在 2 0世纪初即有许多大中小学采用之 ,曾在蔡元培先生等的反对下逐渐由喧嚣走向寂寞 ,并于建国初期从制度的层面上在教学中基本消失。然而 ,自 2 0世纪 90年代起 ,双语教学出现复兴之势 ,其表现为 :先是少量学校进行双语教学实验 ,继之为群起模仿 ,大有泛滥之嫌。事实上 ,双语教学有利也有弊。正如一位已故教育史专家所言 ,历史是一个吝啬的老人 ,每当一个新事物产生的时候 ,必然伴随着新的矛盾的产生。的确 ,在一些大中小幼准备采用双语教学的时候 ,希望这些学校或幼儿园的领导仔细阅读相关资料。同时 ,也希望国内外学者针对双语教学的一系列问题谈谈自己的看法。这些问题有 :什么是双语教育 ,什么是双语教学 ,双语教学的法律问题、双语教学对中华人民共和国通用语言文字教学有无影响 ,双语教学对母语学习有无影响 ,双语教学的利与弊 ,采用双语教学的必备条件等。欢迎各界人士来稿 ,本刊将择优发表。本专题相关资料链接 :《双语教学 ,捡拾芝麻丢了西瓜 ?》 ,详见《中国教育报》2 0 0 2年 9月 3日第 3版。同时 ,为了及时宣传教育研究的先进范例 ,解决教育现实中的实际问题 ,本刊从本期起将特辟“教育专? These questions are: what is bilingual education, what is the bilingual education, the legal problems of bilingual education, whether bilingual education has any influence on the universal language teaching in the People’s Republic of China, whether bilingual education influences the mother tongue learning, the pros and cons of bilingual education, Bilingual teaching necessary conditions.
