本文通过培养试验研究了不同浓度和时间矮壮素浸种对不同大麦品种种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明,不同浓度处理的大麦种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数都随矮壮素浓度的增高而呈现先增高后降低的趋势,且C2~C4处理发芽率效果较佳。种子萌发特性随浸种时间增加而降低,36 h浸种较12 h和24 h会抑制种子萌发,36 h处理的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势与发芽指数平均值较12 h处理分别降低了3.0%,5.6%,2.1%和8.6%。大麦幼苗株高均随矮壮素浓度的增加而降低,茎粗、幼苗干重及根冠比都呈现先上升后下降的趋势,且与CK差异显著。随着浸种时间的增加,株高呈现明显降低的趋势,而茎粗和幼苗干重呈现增加的趋势,说明矮壮素可明显抑制大麦幼苗株高,使幼苗茎粗,提高干重及根冠比。大麦种子浸种在12 h、24 h和36 h后幼苗的壮苗系数都随矮壮素浓度的升高而呈现波浪式下降趋势,且都在矮壮素浓度为20 g/kg时达到峰值。综合以上结论,利用20 g/kg矮壮素浸种24 h对大麦种子萌发出苗的效果最佳。
In this paper, we studied the effects of soaking seeds of different concentrations and time on seed germination and seedling growth of different barley cultivars. The results showed that the germination rate, germination energy, germination index and vigor index of barley seeds treated with different concentrations all increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of CCC concentration, and the germination rate of C2 ~ C4 treatment was better. The seed germination characteristics decreased with the increase of soaking time. The seed germination was inhibited after soaking for 36 h and 12 h and 24 h respectively. The germination rate, germination index, germination energy and germination index of 36 h treatment decreased by 3.0% , 5.6%, 2.1% and 8.6% respectively. The plant height of barley seedlings decreased with the increase of chlormequat concentration. The stem diameter, the dry weight of seedling and the ratio of root to shoot tended to first increase and then decrease, and the difference was significant with CK. With the increase of soaking time, the plant height showed a significant decrease trend, while the stem diameter and dry weight of seedlings showed an increasing trend, indicating that CCC could significantly inhibit barley plant height, so that the seedling stem diameter, increase dry weight and root canopy ratio. Seedling growth of barley seedlings after 12 h, 24 h and 36 h showed a wave-like declining trend with the increase of CCC, and all reached their peak values when CCC concentration was 20 g / kg. Taken together, the best effect of germination and emergence of barley seed with 24 g of 20 g / kg CCS was the best.
