在小肠移植外科中必然遇到小肠的急性热缺血。临床上与小肠缺血有关的疾病,如肠系膜血栓,肠扭转,肠梗阻,肠套叠等在恢复血流后肠功能不恢复也较常见。有实验证明小肠缺血再灌注后小肠粘膜细胞的损伤有加重的趋势。目前有两种解释:①氧自由基学说;②小肠内毒素学说。本实验是从氧自由基学说角度来探讨再灌注损伤的。以往国外许多实验均采用通过测定组织或血液中的LPO、MDA、
