本文报告了宁波市１９９４年婚前女性弓形虫监测情况，育龄女性弓形虫总感染７．００％；血清弓形虫循环抗原（ｃＡｇ）、ＩｇＭ、ＩｇＧ抗体，检出率分别为２．１４％、０．４５％和４．９８％；新近感染占总阳性３１．０５％，既往感染占６５．３０％；地区、季节、人群感染率无显著性差异；ｃＡｇ阳性病原学抽检证实有弓形虫。
This paper reports the surveillance of Toxoplasma gondii in premarital women in Ningbo City in 1994 and the total infection rate of Toxoplasma gondii in women of childbearing age by 7.00%. The detection rates of circulating antigens (cAg), IgM and IgG of Toxoplasma gondii were 2.14% and 0 .45% and 4.98% respectively. The newly infected patients accounted for 31.05% of the total positive cases and the former ones accounted for 65.30%. There was no significant difference in the regional, seasonal and population infection rates.
