目的对濮阳县发生的一起食物中毒的病原菌进行实验室检验,以协助临床医生治疗和进行卫生学评价。方法按照GB 4 7 8 9.4-2 0 1 0《食品安全国家标准:食品卫生微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》的方法对3份粪便和1 5种食物进行致病菌检验。结果 3例食物中毒患者的3份粪便中2例检出肠炎沙门菌,1 5种食物中1份猪肘检出肠炎沙门菌。结论食物与粪便均检出同种沙门菌,本起食物中毒是由肠炎沙门菌引起的。
Objective To carry out laboratory tests on pathogenic bacteria in food poisoning in Puyang County to assist clinicians in treatment and hygiene evaluation. Methods According to GB 4 7 8 9.4-2 0 1 0 “national food safety standards: food hygiene microbiology test Salmonella test” approach to three fecal and 15 kinds of food pathogenic bacteria test. Results Of the three cases of food poisoning, two out of the three cases of stool samples were detected for Salmonella enteritidis, and one out of the fifteen kinds of food samples for Salmonella enteritidis. Conclusions The same kind of Salmonella was detected in both food and excrement. The food poisoning was caused by Salmonella enteritidis.
