在火焰原子吸收光谱法测定高纯碳酸钡中痕量锶的方法中,试验了在样品溶液中分别加入不同比例的6种有机试剂以提高方法的灵敏度。结果表明:在试样溶液中加入甲酸达到体积分数为85%时,其增感度提高达70%,为与其他5种试剂(甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、甲醛及乙酸)相比较而言的最高值。对甲酸-水(85+15)溶液体系中,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锶标准加入法测得的回收率在100%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.2%。
In the method for the determination of trace strontium in high-purity barium carbonate by flame atomic absorption spectrometry, six kinds of organic reagents with different proportions were respectively added to the sample solution to improve the sensitivity of the method. The results showed that when the concentration of formic acid was added to the sample solution, the sensitivity increased by 70% when the volume fraction was 85%. Compared with the other five reagents (methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, formaldehyde and acetic acid) The highest value.
