熔融Li的粘度随温度变化而发生变化。利用Li与Ca和Si杂质在密度、熔点上存在差异,对熔融Li中的Ca和Si杂质进行沉降分离。将粗锂锭在氩气保护下加热到220~320℃温度范围内,搅拌10 min,再保温静置2h,分析在不同的温度条件下,熔融Li中杂质Ca和Si含量的变化。实验结果表明,温度越高,杂质Ca和Si在熔融Li中沉降性能越好。将温度控制在280℃时,熔融Li中的Ca含量可降低至82mg/L,Si含量则降低至63mg/L。
The viscosity of molten Li varies with temperature. The use of Li and Ca and Si impurities in the density, melting point differences exist, molten Li in the Ca and Si impurities sedimentation separation. The crude lithium ingot was heated under the protection of argon to the temperature range of 220 ~ 320 ℃, stirred for 10 min, and then kept standing for 2h. The content of Ca and Si in the molten Li was analyzed under different temperature conditions. The experimental results show that the higher the temperature, the better the deposition properties of Ca and Si impurities in molten Li. When the temperature is controlled at 280 ° C, the Ca content in the molten Li can be reduced to 82 mg / L and the Si content reduced to 63 mg / L.
