利用计算机自动控制、图像分析处理和多媒体视频等多种技术,将小鼠在圆形水迷宫的学习记忆行为表现转换为活动图像并显示其实时运动轨迹路线,利用计算机对获得的信息资源进行综合分析、优化组合后,建立了由运动距离、速度、寻找平台时间、运动轨迹组成的评价指标。正常动物及慢性ig酒精实验结果证明上述指标更为规范客观、科学准确,更符合小鼠在圆形水迷宫内的学习记忆行为表现。从而为益智中草药研究提供了一种自动化程度高、获取信息量大、符合国际标准的圆形水迷宫计算机自动控制和图像分析处理系统及相应的指标评价体系。
Using computer automatic control, image analysis and processing, and multimedia videos, the mouse’s learning and memory behavior in the circular water maze was converted into moving images and displayed its real-time movement trajectory, and the information resources obtained were synthesized using computers. After the combination of analysis and optimization, an evaluation index consisting of distance, speed, platform time, and trajectory was established. The normal animal and chronic ig alcohol test results prove that the above indicators are more standardized, objective and scientific, and more in line with the mouse’s learning and memory behavior in the circular water maze. In order to provide a high degree of automation, access to information, and meet the international standards of circular water maze computer automatic control and image analysis and processing systems for the research of Chinese herbal medicine puzzle, and corresponding index evaluation system.
